We gladly accept returns, but only if there is a mechanical malfunction with your camera.
Contact us within: 2 days of your cameras' delivery date
Ship items back within: 4 days of delivery
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. No returns are accepted for user's lack of knowledge in using the camera.
If a camera is returned, but we confirm user error instead, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
