Bauer Super 8 Camera, Macro Neovaron f/1.2 Lens, Fully Tested
Looking for that distinctive retro Super 8 look? This Bauer offers an impressive combination of features, including 24 fps filming, automatic and manual exposure, 40 fps slow motion, and a fast f/1.2 lens with a versatile 7-45mm zoom range.
Compared with the more basic Canon 310XL and 514XL, this camera gives filmmakers additional creative control, particularly with its extra frame rates, manual exposure options, and larger zoom range. It's a great choice for film students, enthusiasts, and anyone looking to explore vintage filmmaking.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE VIEWFINDER EYECUP
The original rubber eyecup used on many 1970s Bauer cameras is prone to deterioration with age and can become brittle or break easily. In some cases, it may have been removed or carefully trimmed to prevent further damage. This is a common aging issue and does not affect the camera's filming functions or the quality of the footage.
Please review the photographs carefully to see the eyecup's current condition.
