Great for a low cost entry into the rediscovered world of Super 8 film photography with its amazing vintage look, or for anyone starting off on Film School.

Motor runs smooth! Zoom in/out works. Optics are in great shape. Film counter works, Filter Switch functions. Clean film compartment. Solid handle grip. Zero rust anywhere, incredibly clean and well maintained. Old grease replaced with non-petroleum synthetic lube. Shutter release smooth and responsive. Viewfinder adjusts. Lens focusing ring actuates perfectly smooth. Auto zoom works and sounds wonderful. Viewfinder is nice and clean. Fully responsive manual and auto exposure. This camera is sold as Bstock only because the battery check and filter switch LED light INDICATORS do not work on this camera; to be clear,.. the filter switch itself works just fine just not the LED light that turns on when the switch is set to Indoor, but you don't actually need this as the switch itself tells you when the camera is set to it. The battery check LED does not function either, so in total two LEDs do not function on this camera. NONE of this affects the actual camera's funcitoning when it comes to producing good quality film.

- Pressing the 30 f/s button during filming increases the frame rate so when played back at the normal 18 f/s frame rate creates a slow-motion effect.

- Holding the BLC button in then activating the shutter adjusts the exposure so while this camera does not have any exposure compensation, the use of the BLC button can be used to over expose the film

- Has feelers for both the film speed notch and the filter notch found in Super 8 Film Cartridges.
